Tomryn Inc. provides AI development and consulting services. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service agreement — engagements are governed by separate signed contracts agreed upon by both parties.

Consulting disclaimer: Tomryn Inc. does not provide regulated engineering sign-off; all regulated engineering work remains the responsibility of appropriately licensed professionals retained by the client.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tomryn Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this site or any services. Limitation of liability and governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Account registration requirements: To use Tomryn Leads, you must provide accurate business information, including a valid email address and phone number. We may verify your contact details before activating features or publishing listings. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

Credits: Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. The cost of credits and the features they cover are displayed at the time of purchase and may change with notice.

Public directory: Businesses control the information that appears in their public listing. Tomryn is not responsible for the accuracy of vendor-submitted information, and we reserve the right to remove or edit listings that violate these terms.

Acceptable use: No fraudulent listings, no misuse of leads or contact information obtained through the platform, and no unlawful, abusive, or spam-related use of Tomryn Leads.

Termination: Tomryn Inc. may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse or fraud, or for other material breaches. Suspended accounts may forfeit unused credits except where required by law.
