Tomryn Inc. is a federally incorporated Canadian corporation. We operate tomryn.ca and the Tomryn Leads service.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and the message you send us.
• Chat conversations: messages you send to Olivia, our AI assistant, and the responses you receive.
• Tomryn Leads account data: if you register for Tomryn Leads, we collect account information, business or vendor details, and the phone number and email address used for verification.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide the Tomryn Leads service, verify vendor accounts, and improve our website and AI assistant. We will only send you marketing emails if you give us separate opt-in consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How it's stored

Your information is stored securely through Supabase infrastructure. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Third parties

We do not sell personal information. Stripe processes payments on our behalf for Tomryn Leads credits, and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments. We may also share data with service providers who help us operate our site and services, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email us at hello@tomryn.ca.

Cookies

Tomryn Inc. does not currently use cookies or third-party analytics/tracking tools on tomryn.ca. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
